Our nursing staff – RNs, LPNs and CNAs – are on the front lines of care every day. They selflessly ensure that patients and residents have what they need to heal, be comfortable, and embrace hope during times of uncertainty. They forge connections with those they care for and their families, forming bonds built on trust and respect. Our therapy staff – the dedicated PTs, OTs and SLPs – ensure that people can gain or maintain their strength and functionality for as long as possible. They help ensure patients and residents can communicate effectively and hold on to the skills that are important to living their best lives.
It’s not just the care staff who play an integral role in excellent patient care. All the support staff in our facilities, from cooks, dietary aides, social services and activity directors to receptionists, maintenance directors and facility administrators, every single member of our teams has an important part in the overall patient experience. Without their contributions, we’d be unable to provide the level of care we demand for our patients and residents.
